FASTCAM NOVA R3-4K and R5-4K cameras combine Photron's proprietary 9.4-megapixel CMOS image sensor with extensive high-speed digital imaging expertise to deliver a camera flexible enough for a wide variety of applications. The two models record 12-bit images at up to 750fps (R3-4K) and 1,250fps (R5-4K) at full 4K resolution, and 800fps and 1,440fps respectively at UHD resolution, with shutter speeds to 2µs. Recording rates up to 200,000fps are available at reduced resolution on the R5-4K. Rugged, compact and sealed against dust and corrosive particles, the NOVA R offers the best light sensitivity and image quality in its class.
