Cavitar C400 Series Welding Camera (IP64)

The C400 Series Welding Camera (IP64) is Cavitar's compact and robust welding camera, with an IP64-rated anodized aluminum body (38 × 48 × 99 mm) and both passive and active water/air cooling for continuous production use. Active laser illumination and ArcLessVision imaging see through the welding arc for a clear real-time view of the melt pool, filler material and torch alignment.

Two models: C400 (GigE, 1.5 MP at 70 fps, IP64) and C430 (GigE, 0.4 MP at 300 fps, up to 430 fps with 2×2 binning, IP64).

The C300 Series Welding Camera is Cavitar's most compact welding camera, weighing just 200 g in a 30 × 45 × 99 mm body. Its active laser illumination and ArcLessVision imaging see through the bright welding arc, giving a clear real-time view of the melt pool, filler material and torch alignment in TIG, MIG/MAG, TIP TIG and stick welding. Three models: C300 (GigE, 1.5 MP at 70 fps), C330 (GigE, 0.4 MP at 300 fps, up to 430 fps with 2×2 binning) and C350 (USB3, 1.5 MP at 200 fps, up to 500 fps with 2×2 binning).
