Cavitar C401 Series Welding Camera (IP68)

The C401 Series Welding Camera (IP68) is Cavitar's most robust welding camera: an IP68-rated housing with Lemo connectors and a fixed working distance, built for the harshest, wettest welding environments. Active laser illumination and ArcLessVision imaging see through the welding arc for a clear real-time view of the melt pool, filler material and torch alignment.

Two models: C401 (GigE, 1.5 MP at 70 fps, IP68) and C431 (GigE, 0.4 MP at 300 fps, up to 430 fps with 2×2 binning, IP68).

The C300 Series Welding Camera is Cavitar's most compact welding camera, weighing just 200 g in a 30 × 45 × 99 mm body. Its active laser illumination and ArcLessVision imaging see through the bright welding arc, giving a clear real-time view of the melt pool, filler material and torch alignment in TIG, MIG/MAG, TIP TIG and stick welding. Three models: C300 (GigE, 1.5 MP at 70 fps), C330 (GigE, 0.4 MP at 300 fps, up to 430 fps with 2×2 binning) and C350 (USB3, 1.5 MP at 200 fps, up to 500 fps with 2×2 binning).
