Cavitar C500 Series Welding Camera

The C500 Series Welding Camera is Cavitar's high-magnification welding camera, with a field of view down to 10 × 8 mm at a 120 mm working distance for close-up detail of the melt pool, keyhole and weld defects. Active laser illumination and ArcLessVision imaging see through the welding arc in real time, including handheld laser welding.

Three models: C500 (GigE, 1.5 MP at 70 fps), C530 (GigE, 0.4 MP at 300 fps, up to 430 fps with 2×2 binning) and C550 (USB3, 1.5 MP at 200 fps, up to 500 fps with 2×2 binning).

The C300 Series Welding Camera is Cavitar's most compact welding camera, weighing just 200 g in a 30 × 45 × 99 mm body. Its active laser illumination and ArcLessVision imaging see through the bright welding arc, giving a clear real-time view of the melt pool, filler material and torch alignment in TIG, MIG/MAG, TIP TIG and stick welding.
