pco.pixelfly bi CLHS (50 / 68 / 105 MP)

The pco.pixelfly bi CLHS family from Excelitas PCO brings ultra-high-resolution, global-shutter imaging to inspection and measurement. Three models, the pco.pixelfly 50 bi CLHS (50 MP), 68 bi CLHS (68 MP) and 105 bi CLHS (105 MP), use back-illuminated CMOS sensors with 2.74 µm pixels, 2.0 e⁻ read noise and up to 221 fps at full resolution.

A Camera Link HS fiber-optic (CLHS FOL) interface streams large image datasets continuously, making the cameras well suited to semiconductor and wafer inspection, metrology, flat-panel display inspection, digital pathology and large-area machine vision. Cost-effective LT variants are available for OEM integration. Contact HSI for pricing and availability in Canada.

High-Speed Cameras

pco.dimax cs8

The pco.dimax cs8 is a compact 8-megapixel high-speed camera from Excelitas PCO, built for automotive safety and crash testing. Its back-illuminated CMOS sensor with global shutter records more than 1,100 fps at full 4K resolution (3840 × 2160) and up to 5,360 fps at Full HD, without motion distortion. Built for harsh crash-test environments, the camera withstands shocks up to 150 g, records to 25 GB of internal memory (up to 1.81 s at full resolution) and integrates natively with FALCON extra high-speed video software. An optional battery pack and SD card protect test data if power is lost during an impact. Contact HSI for pricing and availability in Canada.
